Hand-made by our small team of dental technicians, always on time and in budget.
About Us
Fennica Dental Laboratory Ltd specialises in cosmetic and natural-looking acrylic dentures.
Our bespoke dental appliances are hand-made and finished by our small team of dental technicians in our laboratory, always on time and in budget.
Our team provides creative and professional solutions to each individual case, to reach success in every piece of work.
We take great pleasure in giving patients the smile makeover they have always wanted, and our satisfied customers stay with us year after year.
Services
Our standard NHS and private denture patients are afforded the best in naturally looking teeth and reliable denture appliances. We only use high quality products, so every appliance gives the patient the beautiful, confident smile they deserve.
We work in association with a specialist chrome laboratory to manufacture strong, well-fitting chrome castings using the best materials available, such as Vitallium 2000+.
An efficient repair service, and we are happy to help members of the public directly. In most cases we fix dentures while you wait, usually within 1.5 hours by prior arrangement — otherwise pop in any time before 11am and collect just before 4pm.
Gum shields, whitening trays and other appliances, made to the highest standards by our qualified team. They come in a range of vibrant colours and can be customised to promote your team colours.
Relining is recommended every two years. We offer hard and soft denture relines, a technique that adapts your dentures to the changing shape of your gums.
An additional tooth may be added to an existing partial denture if a natural tooth is lost.
A comfortable alternative to traditional dentures — they flex into position and need no metal clasps to hold them in place.
Our standard production time is 5 working days for each stage of an acrylic appliance or mouth guard, and 10 working days for chrome castings and flexible dentures. Emergency dentures can be completed in 48 hours by prior arrangement. Our laboratory is conveniently located for clients in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil, Gwent and Caerphilly County.
